Important notes

To receive the best service, please notify us of your needs at least two weeks in advance. If that is impossible, see availability with the Sentier de Caps de Charlevoix staffs if it is possible to accommodate your needs.
On the first day of your hike, it is important to present yourself at the Saint-Tite-des-Caps reception no later than 10:00 AM to complete the necessary formalities. This is even more important on weekends given the high volume of customers.
The weight limit per bag (hiking backpack) is 45 pounds. An additional transportation charge will be added if weight limit is exceeded.
Any items placed outside the bag must be securely attached and protected from the rain (with a plastic bag for example). Le Sentier des Caps de Charlevoix is not responsible for lost or damaged items during transport.
To receive the best service, when you leave a shelter, your bags must be ready for transport no later than 9:00 AM. (We often have to provide the transportation service at multiple locations on the same day. With that said, if the bags are not ready on time upon staff's arrival, you may receive your bags later than expected.)
